“ I stayed at the Microtel which is literally right next to the Tavern. I'm not the bar type anymore but I did happen to order my food here and it was outstanding. Much better than I had even anticipated. I was so happy with the food I bought the first night. That I ordered several more meal over then span of my stay. The pizza was phenomenal and the chicken wings were too! I also ordered a haddock sandwich and my wife a chicken cordon blue and I was just as happy with them. ”

Burger was delicious, and chicken teddies were fried to perfection. Cold beer, and the crew appeared to actually enjoy being there with each other. Will definitely visit again as a passerby in NY since they made these strangers feel so at home. PS: we checked out this place and the mustand next door.. this place was packed and the mustang was EMPTY. that should say it all.... ”
